The Personal Data processed are collected as they are provided directly by the User/Interested Person or collected automatically through the site.

Data provided directly by the User/Interested Person:

Data provided directly by the User/Interested Party are all Personal Data entered by the same within the site or otherwise provided to the Data Controller by any means. Automatically collected data is the information collected automatically through the WWW.DAYTONAHOME.IT website (including by third party applications integrated into this Application), including, for example: the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by the User/Interested party connecting with this site, the addresses in URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) notation, the time of the request, the method used in forwarding the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response from the server (successful, error, etc.), the country of origin, the characteristics of the browser and operating system used by the visitor, the various temporal connotations of the visit (e.g. the length of time spent on each page) and the details of the itinerary followed within the Application, with particular reference to the sequence of the pages consulted, the parameters relating to the operating system and the User/Interested party’s computer environment. Automatically collected data are processed only for the purposes for which they are collected, as described below. The Data Controller processes the data provided by Users/Interested parties to enable the operation of the site, to enable the display of content from external platforms, statistics, optimization and traffic distribution in addition to the additional purposes described in this document and in the Cookie Policy.

3. Compulsory or optional nature of data provision and consequences of refusal to provide data

The provision of data for the purposes of point a, b is optional but necessary to execute the contract.The provision of data for the purposes of point c is optional and your data may be used subject to your consent, in case of lack of consent your data may not be processed for the purpose described in that point. Unless otherwise specified, all data required for browsing the site are mandatory. If the User/Interested Person refuses to provide them, it may be impossible for this Application to provide the Service. In cases where this Application indicates certain Data as optional, Users are free to refrain from communicating such Data, without this having any consequence on the availability of the Service or its operation. 4. Method of treatment.

The Owner takes appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, modification or destruction of Personal Data. The processing is carried out by means of computer and/or telematic tools, with organizational methods and logic strictly related to the indicated purposes.

5. Target audience

Your data may be communicated, in addition to the personnel in charge of processing, to the following individuals also appointed, if necessary, as Data Processors by the Data Controller:
(a) consultants and companies that assist the Company from an IT and infrastructure perspective;
(b) other companies, professionals and agents who cooperate with the Company in the performance of services.
An up-to-date list of the Data Processors can always be requested from the Data Controller.The data will not be subject to any other means of dissemination.

6. Place of processing

The Data are processed at the operational offices of the Data Controller and at any other place where the parties involved in the processing are located. For more information, contact the Data Controller.Data provided directly by the User/Interested Person and collected automatically may be transferred to a country other than the one where the User/Interested Person is located including outside the European Economic Area. In this case SIGNORINI COCO & C SRL. ensures that the processing of your Personal Data by these subjects to whom the data are transferred is done in compliance with the European Regulation 679/2016, all always in accordance with the principles indicated in art. 45 of GDPR 2016/679 with regard to the existence of an adequacy decision by the European Commission, or in the absence of such decisions in compliance with Art 46 regarding the transfer in the presence of adequate safeguards or in compliance with Art 49 paragraph 1 letter b) – transfer necessary for the performance of a contract concluded between you and the Data Controller or for the execution of pre-contractual measures.Further information regarding the place of processing is indicated in the Cookie Policy, or can be obtained by contacting The Data Controller.

7. Retention period

Data provided directly by the User/Interested partyPersonal Data provided directly by the User/Interested party collected for the purpose of responding to specific requests and/or for the fulfillment of pre-contractual negotiations will be processed and retained for the period of time necessary to pursue the above purposes and in any case no longer than 5 years from their collection.Personal Data collected for purposes attributable to the legitimate interest of the Data Controller will be retained until such interest is satisfied. In the event of pending litigation, the data will be processed further until they are resolved. In addition, the Data Controller may be obliged to retain Personal Data for a longer period in compliance with a legal obligation or by order of an authority.Personal Data collected for the purposes of direct and indirect marketing and market research, for the purpose of sending newsletters and advertising and informational material will be processed and retained for the period of time necessary for the pursuit of the above purposes and in any case no longer than 2 years after their collection.

At the end of the retention period, the Personal Data will be deleted. Therefore, upon the expiration of this period, the right of access, deletion, rectification and the right to Data portability can no longer be exercised.

8. Rights of the Interested Party

  • of the origin of the Personal Data;
  • of the purpose and manner of processing;

  • access to his or her data, that is, confirmation as to whether or not Personal Data concerning him or her is being processed;
  • limitation of processing,
  • data portability, that is, the right to receive in a structured format the Personal Data concerning him or her;
  • right to complain to the Supervisory Authority.

Finally, the data subject has the right to object, in whole or in part, on legitimate grounds, to the processing of Personal Data concerning him/her, even if pertinent to the purpose of collection. In particular, the data subject has the right to object to the processing of Personal Data concerning him/her for the purpose of sending commercial advertising material or for commercial communication purposes. The rights referred to in the preceding points may be exercised by writing to us at the contacts listed in Section 1 of this policy.
